Woodmancote Parish Council meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30pm in Woodmancote Village Hall, Bushcombe Close, Woodmancote, Cheltenham, GL52 9HX.
These meetings enable the Council to consider the administration of any business relating to the Parish in which it has statutory power to act.
The meeting is held in the small hall in the Village Hall.
Members of the public are invited and welcome to attend all monthly meetings. It is usual for Councils to set aside some time for those attending to comment or put questions and in this respect there is a slot for public questions at each meeting.
The agenda for each monthly meeting is posted on the Council’s physical noticeboards and on the Council’s website on the Friday before each meeting and this will let residents know in advance which topics are to be discussed.
Please note there is no meeting in August or December.
The Parish Council publishes draft minutes from Council meetings immediately after each meeting in order to let residents have information on discussions at the earliest opportunity, rather than having to wait for minutes to be approved at the next meeting. We trust that this is helpful.
Residents are therefore reminded that these minutes are ‘draft’ minutes only and could, in some instances, be subject to amendment at the next Council meeting.
